Learn about Savia

Ask about your data without chasing another spreadsheet

Invoices, opportunities and subscriptions change after export. Savia lets you query your ERP, CRM and Stripe in ordinary language, with permissions and read-only access.

The figure was correct when someone copied it

Someone requests monthly revenue. A colleague exports a sheet, filters it and sends a figure to the chat. Days later the same figure keeps circulating even though the source system has changed.

Live data lets you ask the connected system at query time. Distinguish it from imported documentation: a guide explains how invoicing works; the ERP contains the records you need to review now.

What you can query

Holded and Odoo

Invoices, contacts and catalogue products. Your company chooses which collections are accessible and who can consult them.

Go High Level

Opportunities, contacts and social media data, with separate access based on what each area needs.

Your company’s Stripe

Live queries about payments, subscriptions, invoices and MRR. Each person sees only the data they are allowed to access.

Commercial context

HubSpot and Attio integrations bring companies and deals with notes. Their contacts are excluded from those imports.

The integration catalogue distinguishes sources. Connecting a tool does not mean all its data can be queried or that every connection works in the same way.

Ask for a figure you can interpret

Agencia Brío · Fictional example

A figure without scope is no basis for a decision.

How much did we invoice in September?

24.800 €Invoiced · September 2026Source: HoldedLive query · 18 October 2026, 09:00
The figure only holds within its scope: period, entity, what is counted and when it was queried.

“How much did we invoice in September?” is a useful starting point. To use the answer, you also need the year, company or entity queried and what is counted. Invoiced amounts and collected payments are different questions.

For Agencia Brío, you could ask: “Find the September 2026 invoices in Holded and state the period and query date.” The figure belongs to that scope. This is a fictional example and does not represent customer revenue.

When a sync date is shown, read it as part of the source. An answer from a synced document and a live query have different reference times. If context is missing, request it before making a decision.

Read-only means the query cannot execute changes

Today Savia centralises and reads: ERP, CRM and Stripe queries change nothing. Agents that act can later be built on the same foundation, with the permissions your company decides.

Savia can read authorised ERP, CRM and Stripe data. It cannot change an invoice, create an opportunity through that query or issue a transfer. No connected external AI receives permission to move money.

This separation lets people ask questions without turning them into commands against business systems. If an invoice needs correction or a client needs contacting, the responsible person follows the company’s usual process.

Integration credentials are encrypted at rest. Permissions determine which records each person can query. Knowing a record’s name is not enough to gain access to its contents.

From Savia or the AI you already use

Ask directly in Savia. If your company enables external AI access, you can also query authorised data from tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Codex. Permissions and read-only restrictions still apply.

Your company decides whether to enable access and can stop connections by disabling it. The company knowledge in your usual AI guide explains what an external provider receives and how its proposals are reviewed.

Start with a frequent question

Before connecting everything, choose a query that currently requires asking someone for an export. Define who should see it, which system holds the source and what context should accompany the answer. Review cited answers and security as well.

Frequently asked questions

Which ERPs can we query?

Holded and Odoo, in read-only mode. Ask about invoices, contacts and catalogue items within the collections and access selected by your company.

What can we ask the CRM?

Go High Level supports queries about opportunities, contacts and social media data. HubSpot and Attio integrations bring companies and deals with notes, excluding their contacts.

Can I query our own Stripe payments?

Yes. The connection is to your company’s Stripe and supports live, read-only queries about payments, subscriptions, invoices and MRR for authorised people.

Can another AI query these records?

If your company enables access, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and other connected tools can query authorised data through Savia. Permissions and read-only restrictions still apply.

Can a query change an invoice or make a payment?

No. ERP, CRM and Stripe queries cannot write to those systems or move money. They read data; decisions and subsequent actions follow your usual channels.
