Learn about Savia

What is a digital brain for companies (and why is it more than a wiki)?

Company knowledge lives in a few people’s heads and scattered files. A digital brain, also called a company brain, lets your team consult it without repeatedly chasing the person who knows.

The same question, another interruption

A new colleague asks how to onboard a client. One person finds a guide, another remembers an exception and the manager explains everything again. The information exists, but it is unavailable when needed.

In agencies, consultancies and software companies with 20 to 200 people, this dependency affects onboarding, support, sales and operations. The Invisible Tax test helps estimate its cost using your company’s figures.

A shared company memory

A digital brain is a company memory people can ask in ordinary language, within their permissions. It combines documents and people’s knowledge. It answers with the exact source and, when information is missing, identifies the gap and asks someone who knows.

AI knowledge management becomes useful when it joins existing documentation, real team questions and judgement that has never been written down. Storing more files alone does not complete that loop.

How it compares with other tools

This compares ways of working rather than specific product plans. Features depend on configuration. A citation helps you check an answer; it does not guarantee the answer is correct.

How the four-step loop works

  1. Connect. Choose sources, what enters and who can see it.
  2. Ask. The team asks a question from its daily work.
  3. Answer with a source. Savia shows where the answer comes from.
  4. Learn what is missing. An expert fills the gap for future questions.

The fourth step returns to the second. Unanswered questions reveal knowledge still to capture. Contributions follow company review settings. External AI proposals never publish themselves.

Practical uses

Onboarding and operations

Ask how to start with a client or run a process, with its reference document and exceptions.

Support and sales

Find how an issue was resolved or what was agreed with a client, without starting the search again.

When someone leaves

Identify what only that person knows and capture it before departure. The company brain guide explores this risk.

Find the right expert

When an answer is undocumented, find the right person and preserve their explanation for the next colleague.

Today Savia centralises and reads: ERP, CRM and Stripe queries change nothing. Agents that act can later be built on the same foundation, with the permissions your company decides.

It does not replace human judgement or turn assumptions into facts. Savia is designed to acknowledge missing knowledge and show evidence. Review the original source when a decision requires it.

Each area sees its own information. ERP, CRM and Stripe queries are read-only: they cannot change orders or move money. Authorised people can still contribute knowledge inside Savia.

We do not use your content to train models, as described in our privacy policy and DPA. External AIs receive information needed to answer under their own terms. See security for more detail.

Frequently asked questions

Is a digital brain the same as a company brain?

They are names for the same idea (for the counterpart of a personal second brain, see a second brain for business): an organisational memory that gathers company knowledge and makes it searchable in plain language. People also call it a company brain AI, an AI knowledge base or a wiki with AI. What sets Savia IA apart is that it cites the source of every answer, respects each area’s permissions and, when it does not know, asks the expert.

What is a digital brain for a company?

A shared memory your team can ask in ordinary language. It brings together authorised knowledge, answers with sources and identifies gaps to ask an expert.

Is it the same as a personal second brain?

A personal second brain organises your notes. A company also needs permissions, knowledge owners and continuity when someone changes roles or leaves.

Do we have to leave Notion or Drive?

No. Savia reads the sources you select. Your team can keep using its tools while choosing what enters and which area it belongs to.

What happens when it cannot find an answer?

It says so, records the gap and lets you ask the area expert. Their knowledge becomes available once contributed and validated under your company settings.

Can everyone see everything?

No. Each person can only consult information they are allowed to see. Restricted area information is available to authorised people.

Is our content used to train models?

Savia does not use company content to train AI models. The privacy policy and DPA describe processing and providers. When using an external AI, review its terms as well.
