Savia has no switchboard and no form that lands in a shared inbox. Behind every reply is Robert Nicuta, who builds the product and runs the implementations. This page collects every channel, the real response times, and what to include in a first message so we do not lose a week to back-and-forth.
The main channel and the fastest: contacto@robertnicuta.com. It covers everything: sales questions, technical questions, client support, press, and exercising your data protection rights. I reply within 48 working hours, and I always reply, including when the answer is that Savia does not fit what you need.

Before you write: calculate your cost
If what you want to know is whether Savia makes sense for your company, there is a better shortcut than an email: the invisible tax calculator. It takes three minutes, runs entirely in your browser and ends with a figure in euros: what it costs you every year to have your company's knowledge living in a handful of heads. With that number in hand the conversation starts much further along. If the result fits, we review it together in a thirty-minute session, free and with no commitment.
What to include in a first message
Nothing formal is needed. With these four things I can give you a useful answer in one go:
- How many of you there are and what the company does.
- What stalls today: what happens when one specific person is missing.
- Where the knowledge lives now: folders, an abandoned wiki, chats, or only heads.
- What timeline you have in mind, even roughly.
Support for clients
If your company already uses Savia, support is included in the monthly maintenance fee and comes in through the same email address. Response times and support scope are set out in the terms of service, and what support can and cannot see of your data is detailed in security.
Data protection
For access, rectification, erasure, objection or restriction of your data, write to the same address and say so in the subject line. The detail of what data is processed, on what legal basis and who receives it is in the privacy policy; processing on behalf of client companies is in the data processing agreement.
