Learn about Savia

Your tools already hold information. Choose what Savia should remember.

Savia reads what you already have, where you already keep it. Your company chooses what enters and who can see it, while your team keeps using its tools.

One answer scattered across five places

A procedure lives in Notion, a decision in a task and an explanation in a meeting. Answering a simple question requires someone to remember where to look and reconstruct the context.

Integrations gather authorised content for your team to consult through Savia. Documentation can stay in its original tool. Connecting a source does not mean opening the entire account or granting every department access.

Connect, select and review

  1. Connect. Authorise the company source.
  2. Choose what enters. Select the relevant parts, including nested content.
  3. Assign access. Send content to the appropriate area.
  4. Review. Check the selection before importing.

Nothing enters unless selected. A shared workspace does not have to become company-wide memory in full. During the first import, a “Preparing your digital brain” progress view shows a counter and clock.

What each type of source contributes

Notion, Confluence and Drive contribute documents and processes. GitHub brings documentation and development context. Linear, Asana, ClickUp and monday.com bring tasks, comments or updates within each integration’s scope.

Granola and HappyScribe bring meeting explanations closer to the team. Documentation websites bring published information, including Mintlify content. A custom webhook can send documents from an internal system.

Integrations do not import everything a tool stores. HubSpot and Attio bring companies, deals and notes, excluding contacts. Granola excludes private notes. For current figures and records, see live ERP, CRM and Stripe data.

Bring an entire exported wiki too

If knowledge is already organised in an export, you need not copy pages individually. Import a Markdown or Obsidian ZIP, or exports from Evernote, MediaWiki, Roam and TiddlyWiki. Each page becomes a document.

A wiki import captures what has been written down. Decisions known only to one person need another route: ask the expert and preserve their explanation. That loop is part of the digital brain.

Visible origins and limited access

When a source appears in an answer, Savia identifies its origin: Notion, GitHub or a directly uploaded document. The team can check the original instead of relying only on a summary.

Integration credentials are encrypted at rest. ERP, CRM and Stripe queries are read-only. Review connection security and how sources are shown before defining the scope with your team.

Frequently asked questions

Does connecting import the entire account?

No. Connect first, choose what to bring in and who can see it, then review. Nothing enters until selected, including nested folders and pages.

Is Microsoft 365 available now?

It is on request. SharePoint access is limited to sites chosen by your company rather than the whole account. We review activation before including it in your scope.

Can we import an exported wiki?

Yes. Savia accepts Markdown or Obsidian ZIP exports, Evernote, MediaWiki, Roam and TiddlyWiki. Each page becomes a document.

What comes from HubSpot, Attio and Granola?

HubSpot and Attio bring companies and deals with their notes; their contacts are excluded. Granola brings meeting summaries and transcripts, never private notes.

Can an ERP connection change invoices?

No. Holded and Odoo queries are read-only. CRM and Stripe queries follow the same rule and cannot change the source system.
