Learn about Savia
Give your AI agents your company’s context
Your agents can analyse a situation and prepare options. Savia gives them company knowledge and the latest available information to help you make decisions with context, sources and permissions.
Stop explaining the company in every conversation
To prepare a proposal or resolve a question, you paste a procedure and summarise earlier agreements. That copy may become outdated, lose its origin or reach a conversation where it does not belong.
Savia lets your AI or agents consult sources chosen by your company, within your permissions.
A connection to knowledge, with sources
This connection is called MCP. Its practical purpose is simple: an AI can ask Savia and receive company information with cited sources. You can check the document or explanation behind what you are using.
It connects with Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Codex. Agents such as Hermes, OpenClaw and Grok Bot can also use it. OpenAI dots connect through ChatGPT. Each tool has its own setup; agree which tools your team actually needs.
From finding information to preparing a decision
Imagine asking your agent to prepare a decision about a client. It needs the agreement, approved exceptions and the current situation. Savia lets it consult authorised sources, compare that context and prepare options with references.
If a decision is missing or an exception remains undocumented, Savia identifies the gap. The connection should not turn a guess into an approved agreement. A person checks sources and decides what belongs in the proposal.
The latest available information, when you need it
If your company enables access, the AI can also query live ERP, CRM and Stripe data. Ask about an invoice, opportunity or subscriptions, with the access appropriate to the person making the request.
Document sources sync according to their connection; they do not all update instantly. Check the date and reporting period before using a figure to decide. Queries are read-only. The external AI cannot change the ERP or move money. Review which data you can query and which context to request alongside a figure before using it.

What an external AI proposes goes through here too.
Your company enables or disables this connection. Disabling it stops connections immediately. Permissions remain part of the query: using another AI does not open an area to someone who cannot see it.
External AI proposals enter a review queue. They never publish themselves into company knowledge. Review gives the responsible people a chance to check a proposal before others can consult it.
The AI provider receives information needed to answer. Permission controls do not mean no data is transferred. Review its terms alongside the privacy policy, DPA and security page. Revocation stops future access; it does not remove information already saved in another service.
Knowledge first, then the tool
A useful connection needs selected sources, owners and clear rules. If your company has not yet decided what it needs to remember, start with the digital brain guide and review available integrations.
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI knowledge layer?
It sits between your tools and your AI: it gathers company knowledge, keeps where each fact came from and applies each person’s permissions. Your agents get memory and company context without you pasting documents into every conversation.
What does MCP mean here?
It is the connection that lets an AI consult authorised Savia knowledge and tools. Your team can ask from its usual AI without pasting manuals into every conversation.
Which AIs can use it?
Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Codex, plus agents such as Hermes, OpenClaw and Grok Bot. OpenAI dots connect through ChatGPT. Setup depends on the tool.
Can an external AI write to our ERP or move money?
No. ERP, CRM and Stripe queries are read-only. External AI knowledge proposals go to human review and never publish automatically.
What happens when the connection is disabled?
Your company can disable access and connections stop immediately. This does not delete conversations or copies already held by an external provider.
Does Savia prevent my AI provider from receiving data?
No. The provider receives information needed to answer. Savia applies permissions and your company decides whether to enable access. Review the selected provider’s terms too.
